Responsibility

  • Develop and adjust detailed production plans for wafer testing, packaging, and final test based on sales forecasts and customer orders, balancing demand fulfillment with inventory cost control.
  • Monitor and analyze production plan execution, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to enhance plan attainment and on-time delivery performance.
  • Collaborate with test and packaging partners to optimize resource allocation and improve production efficiency (OEE) and capacity utilization.
  • Manage production material planning and coordinate procurement to ensure material availability aligns with production schedules.
  • Oversee logistics flow and inventory levels , work-in-progress, and finished goods throughout the testing and packaging process, ensuring traceability and inventory health.
  • Develop and maintain planning-related data models and reporting systems to support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of production planning, material planning, or supply chain experience in the semiconductor industry. Experience in a fabless environment or wafer fab or OSAT.
  • Strong English reading and writing skills for effective communication and documentation.
  • Proficient in Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel skills required).
  • Working knowledge of SQL for data querying and Python for basic data analysis. Experience with ERP/MRP systems is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Open to Singaporeans only
