  • Receiving & Processing Shipments: Unload, inspect, and verify incoming goods for accuracy and quality. Update inventory records accordingly.

  • Inventory Management: Perform regular cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records. ​

  • Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack orders accurately, label items, and prepare them for shipment, ensuring timely dispatch.

  • Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (license required) and pallet jacks to move goods safely and efficiently.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Warehouse & Customer Service team to meet operational goals and deadlines.

  • ⁠Health & Safety: Always adhering to warehouse safety to avoid any personal injury / property damage. To ensure cleanliness / housekeeping of warehouse, warehouse equipment is kept in good order / conditions.

  • Minimum GCE 'N' Level / GCE 'O' Level or NITEC equivalent.
