Food Safety

· Ensure food produced and delivered to customers by JR Group of companies are safe and fit for consumption as well as of good quality.

· Provide effective and efficient technical support services to support its business growth and operations.

· Undertake the full spectrum of quality assurance function:

-   Raw material checks

-   Processing check

-   Quality control and critical control points check

· Ensure hygiene and cleanliness of premises and food processing facilities are of high standard.

· Identify the needs for training of staff in term of food hygiene and safety.

· Identify the needs for improvement of facilities for food processing from quality control or safety aspects.

· Perform inspection on outlet kitchens according to the SFA hygiene standards and ensure hygiene and cleanliness are of high standards at all times.

· Liaise with SFA and third party auditor(s) for food safety and quality matters.

· Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Operations

· Responsible for always providing excellent service standards, and to ensure courteous and efficient food and beverage services to the customers. This includes but is not limited to the following:

-   Assist servers in their job duties when necessary.

-   Acting as a liaison between kitchen and front of house staffs

-   Communicating effectively, giving clear direction, support, timely feedback

-   Working quickly and independently to deal with customer complaints when necessary, ensuring proper follow-up with the relevant manager(s).

-   Be proactive and vigilant in service.

-   Interact with customers in a pleasant and calm manner.

· To prepare the outlet for daily operations. This includes but is not limited to the following:

-   Ensure all opening, closing and running side-work duties are completed on a daily basis.

-   Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.

-   Assist with Management in gathering and implementing all proper tools for running shift (e.g. QA schedules record, etc.)

-   Perform all other preparation tasks.

-   To check general housekeeping and cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, wiping of utensils, crockery etc.

· Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned.
