Job Responsibilities

Administrative Functions

  • Ensure all team members adhere to the standard operating procedures and policies.
  • To be receptive to customers' feedback with due patience and diligence.
  • Deal with enquiries via walk-ins, calls and email.
  • Ensure smooth running of the Centre and its day-to-day operations.
  • Always maintain the cleanliness of working areas.

Departmental Functions

  • Ensure to provide excellent service to customers in a prompt, friendly and courteous manner.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor/ manager and head of department.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

  • Minimum O level, Diploma or equivalent

Other Prerequisites

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent command of English and/or one other language a plus.
  • Passionate, self-motivated with service-oriented attitude
  • Proactive, independently with good communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
  • Possess a pleasant personality, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Able to handle onsite and phone calls of customers' enquiries.
  • Perform administrative and other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
  • Willing to work any day of the week and any shift, long hours when necessary.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
