Marketing Communications & Admin - Safety Awareness (4-Month Contract)

  • Are you passionate about workplace safety and effective communication?

  • Do you enjoy crafting messages that inspire positive change? We're looking for a dynamic individual to support safety initiatives and internal communications for a 4-month stint

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Promote safety awareness through creative campaigns, slogans, and internal communications.

  • Compile and review safety policies, SOPs, and documentation.

  • Analyse serious incident reports and support safety data tracking.

  • Assist in organizing and documenting safety committee meetings.

  • Help implement safety programmes that foster a safe and inclusive environment.

  • Provide general administrative support to the safety team.

What We're Looking For:

  • A University graduate with strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and design tools like Canva.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and a team player with a proactive mindset.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Employment Type:

Temporary (Hourly-rated) $20 - $23/hr

Duration: 4 months
