Responsibilities

  • Attend to patient's enquiries
  • Provide patient education and counselling
  • Assist the doctors in performing procedures
  • Coordinate with external parties in the management of patients
  • Coordinate with external vendors for purchasing & maintenance of equipment and services
  • Prepare patients for various diagnostic procedures
  • Manage the booking of hospital facilities and appointments of patients
  • Apply for pre-authorizations and handle insurance enquiries (pre/post procedure)
  • Dispense medication to patients under doctor's order
  • Other additional and adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma in Nursing
  • Fully registered with Singapore Nursing Board
  • Possess good customer service skills
  • Is a good team player
  • Have a positive and caring attitude
