Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts while developing new pipelines of sales opportunities in the marine industry.
  • Actively prospect for new business through networking, cold calling, industry events, and trade shows.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and present tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to showcase company products and services.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
Requirements
  • Solid experience in sales, business development, and operations, preferably within the marine or related industries.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets using a consultative and solution-based sales approach.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Able to thrive both as an individual contributor and within a team in a high-pressure, complex business environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
