The Opportunity
  • Adecco is partnering with our client - a leading global technology MNC - to hire an experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst / Project Manager for their Asia Devices & Consumer team.
  • This role offers the opportunity to work closely with regional business stakeholders to analyze market performance, build Power BI dashboards, and deliver AI-driven insights that support strategic decision-making.
  • The ideal candidate will be skilled in data analytics, executive reporting, and cross-functional project coordination, with strong expertise in Power BI, Excel, and automation tools to streamline business reporting and market performance tracking.
The Talent
  • 4-5+ years of experience in business analytics, category management, or project management, preferably within tech, consumer electronics, or FMCG industries.
  • Proven ability to consolidate and analyze PC/device market data (e.g., IDC, GfK, Canalys) to generate actionable insights.
  • Proficient in Power BI (DAX, data visualization) and advanced Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables).
  • Experienced in building executive-ready presentations and dashboards for regional or leadership reviews.
  • Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
  • Familiar with AI tools and automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate, ChatGPT, Python assistants) to enhance reporting efficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and comfortable collaborating across time zones and senior stakeholders.
Job Description
  • Review and consolidate daily and weekly market and device performance data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Design, automate, and maintain Excel and Power BI dashboards for performance tracking and insight generation.
  • Prepare executive-ready presentations summarizing business performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Coordinate regional projects and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring deliverables and reporting milestones are met.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Asia to interpret market signals, align business priorities, and identify automation opportunities.
  • Drive continuous improvement by leveraging AI and data automation tools to streamline reporting workflows.
