As a Counsellor (Family Service Centre), you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Execute the programmes and services, including evidence-based or evidence-informed marriage and parenting initiatives, both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

  • Collaborate closely with the Head to ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with the organisation's key performance indicators.

  • Regularly review evaluation outcomes and feedback, highlighting them during team meetings to support the achievement of the organisation's targets and drive continuous service improvement.

  • Maintain and manage all administrative documents required for programme reporting and the annual data verification process.

  • Conduct research via focus group discussions, online surveys, and the analysis of evaluation forms

  • Design and implement broad-based parenting programmes, such as topical talks, to meet the specific needs of schools and parent support groups within designated clusters.

  • Provide supervision and guidance to juniors

  • Build networks and facilitate referrals for service users

  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Possess a min of Degree in Counselling or equivalent
