Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing documentation, coordinating audits, supporting employee training on ISO standards, and monitoring compliance metrics to report deviations.
  • Gather and analyze data for KPI tracking, coordinate workshops to promote best practices, and prepare reports on process improvements and cost-saving measures.
  • Assist in managing sustainability projects, collaborate with teams to collect data for Life Cycle Assessments (LCA), and coordinate ESG reporting for stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute CSR initiatives, maintain relationships with external partners and NGOs, and collect feedback to measure the impact of CSR programs.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for leadership meetings, ensure accurate documentation of strategic planning activities, and provide logistical support for audits, training, and events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Environmental Management, or a related field. or a minimum of 5 years of experience as a lead auditor in relevant industries.
  • Proficient understanding of the organization's business needs and customer expectations to align compliance and sustainability strategies effectively.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles, with experience in implementing and reporting on ESG initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of Diesel Engine operations and related technologies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) for documentation, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Possession of an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) is advantageous.
  • Certified ISO Lead Auditor or equivalent internal quality auditor certification is preferred.
