Junior Marketing

Reporting To: Marketing Rep

Live Streaming:

• Manage and serve as the primary or secondary host for regular livestream sessions on platforms such as Shopee Live and TikTok Live.
• Explore and identify new potential opportunities in all aspects to develop and establish the sustainable streaming content and format for greater viewerships.
• Involve in broadcast/live stream process, including planning, pre live show briefings and marketing.
• Facilitate to set up and manage logistics for livestream execution (products, props, tech).
• Track, monitor, and understand Livestream's performance through insights and analytics.
• Coordinate and work with other marketing team to boost campaign through Livestream.
• Create and edit the content that is well-searched for Social Media live stream.

Design & Visual Coordination:

• Submit design briefs to external designer (Lui) and assist in collecting feedback and revisions.
• Coordinate minor printing and logistical needs for marketing purposes.

Administrative & Stakeholder Liaison:

• Assist in responding to social media inbox queries.
• Support marketing campaigns, retail showcases, and events on an ad-hoc basis.
• Facilitate in social media content filming (when necessary)
• Aid in coordinating marketing collateral requests from internal teams.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
• Comfortable in front of the camera with a strong and engaging personality.
• Experience or interest in hosting live streams or online content preferred.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content editing tools.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to multitask, work independently, and manage timelines, preferably flexible with work hours due to the nature of the role, which requires commitment off working hours.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Shopee Live, TikTok Live, or e-commerce content creation.
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or basic Adobe tools.
• Interest in FMCG/retail industry.
