Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer ncum Production Planner located in Tampines. The Graphic Designer cum Production Planner will be responsible for the preparation of shop-drawings with detailed technical specifications for client approval. Additionally, this role will involve planning production schedules, coordinating with the production department, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.

Key Reposibilities

  • Prepare shop-drawings with detailed technical specifications for client approval.
  • Work independently to produce accurate and creative design solutions.
  • Collaborate and co-ordinate closely with the production team to ensure smooth workflow and meet deadlines.
  • Communicate directly with clients to understand and deliver their signage requirements.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Provide support in production coordination to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Requirements :

  • Strpmg technical knowledge for preparation of shop-drawings.
  • Proficiency in design software : CASMATE, FLEXI-SIGN, Photoshop, CorelDraw & Freehand Illustrator.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently at all levels
  • Independent, proactive and able to multitask effectively.
  • Positive attitude, not afraid of challenges, and eager to grow together with the company.
  • A long-term mindset with the desire to build a career with us.

Qualifications

  • Graphics and Graphic Design skills
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with production planning is advantageous
