Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound cold calling to identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
  • Promote and explain product features, benefits, and offers to customers over the phone.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with workshops, distributors, and other automotive clients.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and follow-up on sales leads.
  • Maintain an accurate record of calls, prospects, and sales activities.
Requirements:
  • Experience in telesales, inside sales, or telemarketing (preferably in the automotive or spare parts industry).
  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
  • Confident, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
  • Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and follow-up calls.
