What You Do

As the "voice of Skywork AI," you'll use the power of language to communicate product value, craft high-quality content for multiple channels and scenarios, help users understand product features, address pain points, and shape the brand's professional image in the AI and tech space.

  • Create diverse content: Develop copy around core product selling points and user needs. Your work will include product guides (feature documentation, tutorials), promotional content (social media posts, community threads, website copy), and in-depth pieces (technical blogs) to meet different content needs across channels.

  • Bridge product value with user pain points: Understand Skywork's product strengths (e.g., efficiency, ease of use, versatility) and convert them into "problem–solution" narratives that help users quickly grasp how the product benefits them.

  • Adapt and optimize style: Tailor tone and style to different platforms. Use user feedback and content performance data (e.g., read-through rates, shares, key comment trends) to continuously refine and enhance content appeal and impact.

  • Collaborate across teams: Work closely with product to stay updated on new features and releases; partner with design and operations teams to align visuals and copy for stronger storytelling; collect user insights and industry trends to build a strong content library.

What We Look For

  • Language & experience: Native-level fluency in English, with the ability to create copy independently ( tailored to overseas audiences). Strong portfolio (e.g., product copy, tutorials, industry analysis); viral content experience is a plus.

  • Core skills: Excellent writing and logical structuring abilities; able to translate complex AI concepts into clear, accessible language. Strong user-first mindset — sharp at identifying pain points and turning them into compelling messaging. Skilled in content ideation and leveraging industry trends.

  • Product & industry awareness: Basic understanding of the AI space and willingness to learn AI tools and trends. Able to quickly grasp Skywork's AI Agent product features and advantages to ensure accurate, impactful messaging.

  • Personal qualities: Detail-oriented with zero tolerance for typos or logical errors. Strong sense of ownership and execution speed — able to handle multiple content tasks without compromising quality. Proactive communicator who collaborates effectively across teams.

  • Internship background: Candidates with an educational background from local universities — especially in Marketing, Content Writing, or Business Management — are highly preferred. Able to commit to at least 3 days per week remotely.
