About the role

Are you an experienced climbing enthusiast looking to share your passion with others? diveonesg pte ltd is seeking a part-time climbing coach to join our team in the Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality instruction and guidance to individuals and groups, helping them develop their climbing skills and technique.

What you'll be doing

  1. Leading climbing sessions and providing one-on-one coaching to clients of beginners.
  2. Designing and implementing progressive training plans to help clients achieve their climbing goals
  3. Ensuring a safe and enjoyable climbing experience by maintaining equipment and monitoring client safety
  4. Collaborating with the team to develop and implement new climbing programs and initiatives
  5. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve your coaching skills

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as a climbing instructor or coach, with a deep understanding of climbing techniques, equipment, and safety protocols
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and inspire clients of all ages and skill levels
  3. A passion for the sport of climbing and a commitment to helping others achieve their goals
  4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle various situations that may arise during climbing sessions
  5. A friendly, patient, and approachable demeanor that can create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients
