About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and software engineering best practices. You will be responsible for the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions to address key challenges within the automotive sector ([mention specific area if applicable]). This role demands a comprehensive understanding of AI algorithms, proficiency in Python, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

What you will be doing:

  • Design, develop, and implement Agentic Workflow solutions to optimize and enhance existing business processes.

  • Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and efficient software applications.

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (data scientists, business process analysts, and product managers) to define and refine project requirements.

  • Conduct rigorous testing and debugging of AI models and software applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

  • Remain current with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, incorporating innovative technologies into our solutions.

  • Contribute actively to the enhancement of our AI infrastructure and development processes.

  • Produce comprehensive documentation for code and processes, adhering to established standards.

  • Participate actively in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality.

  • Present technical findings and project updates to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

  • 2 years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Python programming.

  • Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).

  • Proven experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, , Django, and Flask.

  • Prior experience with Agentic Workflow is a significant advantage.
