Youth Worker

What You'll Be Doing:

• Engage youth through arts, sports, eSports, and interest-based activiites.
• Lead outreach programmes in schools and the community that spark growth and connection.
• Mentor and support youth through guidance and casework.
• Build strong partnerships with stakeholders and volunteers to grow community impact.
• Create a safe space where youth feel heard, supported, and empowered.

Who We're Looking For

• A Degree or Graduate Diploma in Social Work, Counselling, or Social Sciences.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in youth work or related fields.
• Positive, approachable, and passionate about youth development.
• Comfortable with social media and digital tools.
• Bonus: Skills in fitness, eSports, or visual arts are a huge plus
