Our client is an engineering service provider which specializes in providing a wide range of entrance solutions. They offer various products and services related to automated entrance systems, such as Automatic Doors, Industrial Doors, Entrance Automation and Service and Maintenance and so on. Currently, they are looking for a Sales Engineer to join them.

Job Details

  • Salary range: $3200-$3500(depends on experience)
  • With Commission (2-3%)
  • Car Allowance $500 + Petrol Allowance $500 / Transport Reimbursement up to $500
  • Working Hour: Monday to Friday (8:30am-5.30pm)
  • Variable bonus up to 4 months
  • Working Location: Ubi (Central)

Job Description

  • Managing, developing and motivating the Singapore sales channels in order to achieve company objectives and strategy.
  • Achievement of sales and profit budgets by account on a monthly and YTD basis.
  • Ensuring timely follow up and reporting of all sales enquiries.
  • Identify new business opportunities and oversee the successful development and launch of new product initiatives.
  • Agreeing and setting pricing levels and strategies in co-ordination with the Management.
  • Ensuring a constant flow of new business activity whilst maintaining and developing existing business levels.
  • Deliver accurate sales and budget forecasts.
  • Developing and implementing annual business plans and updating them on a rolling monthly basis.
  • Monitoring and reporting market trends and competitor activity.
  • Responsive to both external and internal customer needs and assist in the resolution of any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Strategic thinker; able to "develop" business where it does not exist today.
  • Presentation skills and abilities. Able to present to a group of multiple decision makers in various segments.
  • Provide market intelligence, product and solution input and feedback, and necessary recommendations to the R&D teams at headquarters.
