Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of exquisite dishes according to menu specifications, incorporating elements of Japanese and French cooking techniques.
  • Monitor inventory levels, ensuring ingredient freshness and minimizing waste through proper stock control.
  • Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards, following proper procedures for food handling, storage, and sanitation.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to enhance operations, contributing ideas for menu development, cost control, and process optimization.
  • Take initiative in skill development opportunities and open to additional tasks that provide restaurant operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a full-service restaurant
  • Passion for cooking and delivering high quality food
  • Food Safety and Hygiene certification
