Responsibilities:
You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:
- Develop and implement asset strategy and budgets
- Study, propose and implement asset enhancement initiatives
- Active asset management to optimize the value of the assets
- Management of tenants and external managers
- Analyse and review asset performance.
- Evaluate the viability of capex projects including redevelopment, cost-benefit analysis
- Prepare business plans and reports
- Provide support to the investment team
- Presentation to management
Requirements
- Good understanding of the real estate business
- Strong financial analysis and budgeting skills
- Innovative and strategic mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Team player
- Able to work independently
- Keen to take on challenges
- Willing to travel
