  • Develop and modify CNC programs. Set up machines by installing and adjusting tools, fixtures, and workpieces
  • Analyze and improve machining processes to enhance efficiency, reduce cycle times, and minimize defects
  • Perform quality checks during the manufacturing process to ensure parts meet specifications. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise

The Talent

  • Minimum Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering
  • Strong understanding of machine tools and various cutting tools
