- Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
- Salary Range: $2,400 – $3,200

Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails and deliveries.
- Maintain an organised and welcoming office environment.
- Handle meeting room bookings, office supplies, and vendor coordination.
- Assist with office maintenance, safety procedures, and documentation.
- Provide administrative and scheduling support to management and CEO.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping — invoice data entry, expense claims, and simple finance reports.
- Arrange and brief promoters, track attendance and performance.
- Manage event logistics and act as liaison between promoters and internal teams.
- Assist management with administrative tasks including document handling, filing, data entry, and internal coordination.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support smooth business operations.
Requirements
- Min 1 years in Administrative
- Basic understanding of administrative procedures and HR work
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
