Hyster-Yale Lift Trucks Singapore is a wholly owned subsidiary of HYMH, and we are looking for a Senior Accountant to join the team at our Singapore office in Tuas. This position will work with the Dealer Finance Manager on the day-to-day financial activities.

Job Responsibilities:

· Manage and execute the complete accounting processes for Hyster-Yale Lift Trucks Singapore including all Financial Accounting (AR, AP, GL, inventory), supports the planning and forecasting process and management reporting.

· Prepare GST return accurately and on time

· Assist with annual audit preparation, corporate tax return and coordinate with auditors and tax agent

· Support cashflow forecast and cash management

· Plan and execute accounting IT system upgrades and revamp process and/ or procedures where necessary to improve productivity

· Supervising and coaching junior staff, delegating tasks and providing necessary guidance

· Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

· Degree in Accountancy or equivalent

· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

· Proficiency in MS Office and Accpac

· Possess positive working attitude, self-motivated and able to meet deadlines
