Job Scope:

  • Review and consolidate management reports from subsidiaries to prepare accurate group financial statements.
  • Oversee group and subsidiaries' cash flow forecasts, ensuring sound financial planning and control.
  • Ensure timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports to Head Office, and address queries from HQ effectively.
  • Evaluate reporting schedules from subsidiaries and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide support to subsidiaries on reporting requirements and internal audit matters.
  • Liaise closely with Head Office and subsidiaries on matters requiring internal or HQ approvals.
  • Review, strengthen, and align internal financial policies and procedures with HQ standards.
  • Collaborate with the operations team on ad hoc business and finance-related projects.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accountancy or equivalent professional qualification (e.g., ACCA).
  • Cost Accounting and relevant manufacturing experience is preferable.
  • Proficient in SAP or similar accounting systems is a plus
  • Strong analytical mindset and solid understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
  • Hands-on, meticulous, and committed to meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.
