Provide conveyancing secretarial and administrative support
Liaise with Banks, CPF Board, clients and Authorities relating to conveyancing transactions
Manage client appointments, monitor deadlines and billings.
Prepare legal conveyancing documentation and handle e-lodgement/e-stamping
Maintain records of executed legal documents and agreements
Conduct property searches
Requirement
Diploma/Degree in law
2 to 3 years conveyancing work with law firm
9am to 6pm, medical and dental, variable bonus
