Central Region, Singapore PERSOL Full time $40,000 - $60,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Process daily telegraphic transfers and ensure accurate and timely recording of all bank transactions.
  • Conduct daily and monthly bank reconciliations to maintain consistency between financial records and bank statements.
  • Review payment-related agreements, invoices, and reimbursement claims in line with financial policies.
  • Validate and enter sales and purchase invoices, ensuring accuracy of details and supporting documents.
  • Prepare payment remittances, vouchers, and necessary documentation for both local and international payments.
  • Maintain thorough financial records to support month-end closing and reporting processes.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for maintenance of office facilities and pantry supplies.
  • Monitor and manage the inventory of office supplies and consumables.
  • Provide administrative support to the Finance and Management team as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address discrepancies in financial documentation.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or data entry.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., MYOB, U8) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial information.
  • Basic knowledge of bank transactions, telegraphic payments, and reconciliation processes.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills when liaising with banks and vendors.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
