About the role

NEWZONE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a talented QS + Drafter to join our team in the North Region. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in our Architectural Drafting operations. As the QS + Drafter, you will be responsible for providing high-quality quantity surveying and drafting services to support the delivery of our architectural projects.

What you'll be doing

  1. Prepare detailed quantity surveys and cost estimates for construction projects
  2. Produce accurate and detailed architectural drawings and designs using CAD software
  3. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure project requirements are met
  4. Maintain comprehensive documentation and records related to quantity surveying and drafting activities
  5. Provide technical support and advice to project teams as needed
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quantity surveying and architectural drafting

What we're looking for

  1. Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying and architectural drafting
  3. Proficient in using CAD software, such as AutoCAD or Revit
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  5. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
  6. Effective communication and collaboration skills
  7. Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry regulations
