Job Summary:

As a investment sale manager, you will lead and mentor a team of consultants to help clients achieve their financial goals. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing business strategies, ensuring compliance with MAS regulations, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of investment consultants
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Provide professional financial advice on investment to clients
  • Develop business strategies to expand customer base and increase market penetration.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance for professional growth.
  • Organize and conduct seminars, workshops, or client engagement activities.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree
  • At least 2–5 years of sale experience in financial investment advisory, investments wealth management, or related fields.
  • Proven track record in sales leadership or team management.
  • Good knowledge of financial products (e.g., investments, wealth planning).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
