What you'll be doing

  1. Provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
  2. Respond to and resolve user requests and incidents in a timely and efficient manner
  3. Maintain and update IT documentation, including user guides and knowledge base articles
  4. Assist with the implementation and testing of new technologies and system upgrades
  5. Collaborate with the IT team to identify and address potential problems proactively
  6. Provide training and support to end-users on the effective use of IT systems and applications
  7. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the latest IT trends and best practices

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role
  2. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  3. Excellent communication and customer service skills
  4. Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and network technologies
  5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  6. Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service management processes
  7. Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
