Baker (IBREAD)

Job Responsibilities:

·       Prepare and bake a variety of bakery items including swiss roll, chiffon cake, sponge cake, birthday cake etc

准备和烘焙各种烘焙食品,包括瑞士卷、戚风蛋糕、海绵蛋糕、生日蛋糕等等

·       Follow standardized recipes and instructions to ensure product consistency and quality.

遵循标准化食谱和说明,确保产品的一致性和质量。

·       Monitor oven temperatures, baking times, and ensure products are baked to the right texture and flavour.

监控烤箱温度、烘焙时间,确保产品烘焙成正确的质地和风味。

·       Responsible with the daily order fulfilment

负责日常订单履行

·       Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients according to recipes and production needs.

根据食谱和生产需求测量、混合和准备配料。

·       Assist in ad hoc duties as and when required

根据需要协助临时职责

Job Requirements:

·       Passionate about the bakery and baking industry

对面包店和烘焙行业充满热情

·       Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients

了解烘焙技术和原料

·       Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail

责任心强,注重细节

·       Relevant work experience of baker or related is preferred

有面包师或相关工作经验者优先

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

能够在快节奏的环境中工作。

·       Salary can be negotiated based on experiences.
