In GTS Securities & Fiduciary Services, Client Management & Implementation, you will be part of a team that provides sales and services to financial institutions, corporations, and SME customers.Job PurposeTo undertake project management and lead clients in the onboarding of GTS products and services, including system integration between clients? systems and DBS systems. The candidate will advise clients on the best approach for implementation, and will effectively manage and perform each onboarding end-to-end, using best practice project management methodology and interacting with both external and internal stakeholders.The candidate must also be familiar with system integration and information security technologies and should also possess knowledge in transaction banking such as cash management and trade finance.

Effective communication skill is important.Key Accountabilities* Lead and be accountable for the onboarding of GTS products during the implementation stage.* Actively manage end-to-end implementation and system integration between client?s and GTS systems to achieve timely and successful completion. This will include ensuring timely updates to all stakeholders, compliance to all onboarding documentation, use of project management tools and adhering to the technical implementation framework.* Provide advisory to the client, by understanding client?s as-is process and helping client map out the necessary tasks required for a smooth transition and implementation journey.* Provide technical advisory to client on GTS?s Channel Integration Capabilities (IDEAL, H2H file transfers, API related exchanges, SWIFTNET integration), and guide clients on system testing activities.* Provide timely project updates to client, using Project Dashboards / tools.* Manage escalations and resolve project issues effectively and in a timely manner.* Ensure client satisfaction through the implementation process, and conduct post implementation surveys / reviews.* Participate in development of responses to RFIs and RFPsResponsibilities* To lead and project manage the end-to-end Implementation process, acting as the single point of contact for clients throughout the implementation.* To ensure the following during implementation execution: * Ensure alignment of project scope and timeline with client.* Ensure documentation and application forms are completed correctly.* Guide clients on system integration specifications and requirements.* Ensure DBS test and production environment systems are correctly configured.* Have timeline oversight of system integration activities across all possible channels (IDEAL, H2H, API, SWIFTNET).* Facilitate system testing activities.* Ensure successful setup / deployment of GTS services in production.* Ensure successful end-to-end pilot transaction in production. * To perform effective project management and create associate project artifacts for the end-to-end process, covering: * Project Team organisation* Implementation scope confirmation* Project plan* Project status dashboard* Conduct of project meetings, including project minutes* To effectively communicate project updates to clients and internal stakeholders, and to obtain timely decision and support required to address project challenges.* To effectively manage stakeholder?s expectation* To proactively engage and support the client to achieve greater client satisfaction in the overall implementation process.Requirements* Degree, or higher is preferred.* At least 5 years of relevant experience in GTS Implementation or have led projects involving system integration with bank?s transaction banking systems.* Good knowledge of client ERP systems such as SAP, Workday, or Oracle will be an advantage.* Good knowledge and understanding of GTS products (Cash Management / Trade Finance / Supply Chain Financing / Securities Services) will be an advantage.* Possess the following characteristic: * Effective Project Management skills.* Effective communication skills; both verbal and written with the ability to interact with stakeholders of different levels of seniority.* Problem-solving ability.* Good time management and ability to work under tight timeline.* ?Can-do? attitude, willingness to learn.* Customer-centric mindset; able to anticipate client needs and be pro-active to engage customers.* Adaptable; ability to embrace change positively and effectively.* Team player with strong interpersonal skills.Apply NowWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognizes your achievements.
