Roles & Responsibilities

Job Scope

· Fully responsible for the day-to-day operation of the hostel, ensuring all facilities are fully operational at all times.

· Securing new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals with existing clients, and liaising with agents

· Schedule, coordinate and supervise all maintenance functions to the highest standard expected for the client and the subsidiary proprietors.

· Managing tenancy-related issues, compiling occupancy and reports, and other related lease management functions including but not limited to budgeting.

· Engage, manage residents' feedback and to carry out random call back service to residents when the feedback is resolved

· Ensure compliance of safety & building regulations and all other statutory requirements

· Conduct checking of students daily and daily inspection of the rooms, making sure that all students are in before the curfew time

· Arranging and liaising with students and teachers regarding all the tuitions/tutors schedule for all the student staying in the apartment, if applicable.
