We are looking for a Chef De Partie (Banquet), to join our team

  • Prepare and cook food for banquet events such as weddings, meetings, and parties. Following standard recipes and portion sizes.

  • Assist in setting up and serving food during events. Ensure food is ready on time and presented well.

  • Oversee your assigned kitchen section (such as hot, cold, or grill). Guide and support junior kitchen staff.

  • Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety and hygiene standards. Store food properly and minimize waste.

  • Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth and successful banquet operations.

Requirement:

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in hotel
