What You'll Get

What You'll Do
  • Craft with Care: Prepare herbal milk teas and wellness beverages that taste as good as they look.
  • Delight Our Guests: Share your knowledge, make recommendations, and ensure everyone feels welcomed and taken care of.
  • Keep It Consistent: Deliver the same high quality in every cup — flavor, presentation, and detail matter
  • Stay Organized: Maintain a clean, inviting tea bar that's always ready for service.
  • Be a Team Player: Support daily operations, collaborate with your teammates, and create good vibes all around.
  • Safety First: Follow food hygiene and safety practices at all times.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience as a Tea Barista (or strong passion for tea and café service).
  • Eye for detail — you care about presentation and consistency.
  • A warm, approachable personality with strong communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends & public holidays.
