Responsibilities:
Being an Application Team Manager gives you the unique possibility to follow the life of a new silicon device for touch screen applications such as touch screen controllers from paper to final application: you will collaborate in the architecture definition and specification of the new products, you will manage the team of application engineers that follow-up prototype's debug and validation, and support the business creation working with the team in writing technical documentation and developing evaluation boards and reference designs.
You'll be in charge of defining and reviewing requirements and overall architecture of system platforms, like customer application boards, evaluation boards, demo kits and reference designs.
You'll be responsible of the generation of application notes, user manuals, technical reports, papers and other technical material.
Cooperation with all core functions (IC Design, Marketing, Product Engineering, Quality & Reliability) will be required to develop new products and to support their market introduction and commercial success.
As application team manager, you will provide worldwide customer technical support with possibility to travel and collaborate with electronic market's leaders for application development and R&D.
In this role it is important to keep pace on the latest technical solutions and technologies, be innovative and creative, take initiative and be autonomous, and work as part of a team of technical experts.
Requirements:
You have graduated from an engineering or equivalent level, with a specialization in electronics or micro-electronics.
You have more than 10-year experience in application development for the electronics industry. It is well considered for this position the experience in the development of semiconductor device.
You have excellent knowledge in analog and digital electronics, data acquisition and digital signal processing. It is a plus to have experience in firmware development for 32-bit MCU.
You are autonomous, analytical, and problem solving, motivated and desire to propose innovative and competitive ideas for the development of new successful products.
You are open minded with a good level of listening skills and enjoy working in a diversified team.
You are available to travel.
