  • Proficiency in client and partner management, business process management, workflow automation, account opening, periodic reviews, and KYC processes.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements from MAS Singapore and HKMA Hong Kong.
  • Knowledge of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.
  • Proficiency in modern web technologies and enterprise platforms such as Java EE, Spring Boot, and databases like Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with integration technologies like API, file transfer, IBM MQ, IBM Integration Bus, and event streaming platforms like Confluent Kafka.
  • Domain knowledge in financial and capital markets is essential.
  • Understanding of data policies and standards to align with business and technology goals is a plus.
  • Experience in implementing cloud-native applications and DevOps principles.
