Job Highlights:
- 5-day work week
- Competitive base salary of up to $2,400 + commission, with potential to earn

up to $4,000/month

Job Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional

manner. Understand their needs and provide personalized product

recommendations.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate expertise in beddings, including materials,

types, and benefits. Educate customers on product care, usage, and

maintenance.
- Sales Support: Guide customers through the selection process, providing

detailed information on pricing, warranties, and financing options.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked.

Regularly update product displays to enhance the shopping experience.
- Customer Service: Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints in

a professional and timely manner to ensure satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and management to

achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Job Requirements:

  • Customer-Focused: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a

    genuine interest in helping customers.
  • Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but

    not required.
