About the role

Reporting to the Head of Regional Wealth Management Operations, the VPwill be responsible todrive and deliver the Regional Wealth Management Operations (WMO) Target Operating Model for Wealth Management Operations and projects across various investment products and segments. They will collaborate with different stakeholders, including WMO from different locations, other Operations Units, Technology and Businesses to deliver success.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head of Regional Wealth Management Operations to drive and implement the Target Operating Model for Wealth Management Operations for the different investment products and segments.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, improve client experience and ensure regulatory compliance through digital transformation and automation.
  • Assist the Head of Regional WMO to monitor the locations operations in adhering to all policies, processes and controls.
  • Drive discussions on risk and control issues to ensure gaps are reviewed for closure and share best practices across Locations.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders including business and technology partners.
Requirements
  • Degree Holder with 8 years of relevant project management experience in Wealth Management and Private Banking Operations
  • Hands-on experience with Avaloq System will be of added advantage
  • A keen eye for control and ability to sieve out key issues and root causes in various circumstances
  • Strong control mindset, with an eye for details, ability to prepare/manage schedules to deliver under tight deadlines
  • Experience working at an organisation going through an Agile transformation
  • Be able to communicate the analytical findings, both in writing and verbally
  • Decisive and solution focused, possess strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyse significant amount of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Self-motivated demonstrating growth mindset with quest for learning new skills and techniques
