Job Responsibilities

  1. Cash Management

  2. Monitor daily cash balances and ensure adequate liquidity.

  3. Forecast cash flow to anticipate funding needs.

  4. Process fund transfer.

  5. Banking Operations

  6. Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.

  7. Liaise with banks for loan draw down/repayment.

  8. Handle account openings, closures and documentation.

  9. Risk Management

  10. Managing FX exposure.

  11. Support hedging activities under supervision.

  12. Support Funding and Investment Activities

  13. Assist in managing short-term investments (e.g. deposits).

  14. Assist in funding activities (e.g. credit facilities)

  15. Treasury Reporting

  16. Prepare monthly and quarterly treasury reports for submission to Japan HQ (Treasury KRI report, cash flow forecast, bank balances, FX exposure).

  17. Support in financial audits and provide treasury data.

  18. Compliance and Documentation

  19. Ensure all treasury operations comply with internal policies and external regulations.

  20. Maintain accurate records of all treasury transactions.

  21. System and Process Improvements

  22. Support implementation of Treasury Management Systems (TMS).

  23. Automate treasury processes for efficiency and accuracy.
  24. Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity.

8.Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Reporting Officer/Management

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting or its equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and high level of integrity.
