About the role

Stacked Store Pte. Ltd. is seeking a full-time Warehouse Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehousing and distribution activities. This hands-on position offers an opportunity to be part of a growing company in the e-commerce industry.

Work hours (Important)

Monday - Friday : Full Day (5 days)

Environment: Air-conditioned. Good work-life balance (9AM - 6PM). There may be a requirement to work on Saturdays should it arise due to business needs, however, this is not common.

What you'll be doing

  • Receiving, unloading, and inspecting incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Picking, packing, and preparing orders for distribution in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
  • Assisting with inventory management, including stocking, cycle counting, and reporting
  • Operating warehouse equipment such pallet jacks, and other machinery as needed
  • Collaborating with the logistics team to ensure efficient and cost-effective distribution
  • Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to minimise risks and accidents

What we're looking for

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with warehouse equipment, scanning devices and tape dispensers.
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Physical fitness and the ability to lift and manoeuvre heavy items
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures
  • Relevant experience in a warehouse or distribution environment, preferably within the logistics and ecommerce industry is a bonus

On the job training will be provided. Prior experience with warehousing is a huge plus, but not necessary if the candidate is keen to learn.
