Our client, a leading organization within the financial industry, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Management & Executive Support professional to assist the International Business Planning (IBP) Department. The incumbent will provide end-to-end project coordination, reporting, and management support to senior executives across Singapore and Tokyo, ensuring smooth communication and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide project management and coordination support for the International Business Planning Department.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and PowerPoint slides for senior management.
  • Support back-office and project management services, ensuring seamless execution of departmental initiatives.
  • Coordinate between Singapore and Tokyo offices, offering secretarial and administrative support where required.
  • Assist in meeting coordination, documentation, and minutes writing.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably within the financial industry.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to support senior executives.
  • High proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint; knowledge of Power BI and Power Automate is an advantage.
