About Us

At Green Green Matcha , we believe everyone deserves a high-quality matcha latte without the price tag of a fancy cafe. We handcraft each cup using premium ceremonial-grade matcha, brewed fresh per order. We're mostly takeaway-based, fast-paced, and passionate about creating a consistent and enjoyable matcha experience.

What You'll Do

As a full-time crew member, you'll be more than just a service staff — you'll play a key role in daily operations and decision-making. You'll be trusted to:

  • Open and set up the stall for operations
  • Perform inventory checks and update stock levels
  • Take and prepare customer orders accurately
  • Whisk and serve matcha drinks with consistency
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • Assist with end-of-day closing routines
  • Suggest improvements and help optimise operations

What We're Looking For

  • Reliable, responsible, and independent
  • Able to work on your feet in a fast-paced setting
  • Friendly, customer-oriented and calm under pressure
  • Eager to learn, take initiative, and grow with us
  • Some F&B or service experience preferred, but not a must
  • Must be able to commit to a 5.5-day work week
