Responsibilities

 Prepare media monitoring reports for clients.

 Attend client meetings and to write meeting notes.

 Liaising with the media over email and phone whether it be to pitch stories or update

media contact lists.

 Assist team at press conferences and other events including Space Summit 2026 and Singapore Airshow

 Help to prepare factsheets and media briefing documents for clients

 Work with the team to brainstorm for campaign ideas

What we are looking for

 Excellent listening and written comprehension skills

 Good written and verbal communication skills

 Highly organized

 Has attention to detail

 Team player

 Able to work under pressure and overcome challenges

 Shows initiative and has good problem-solving skills

 Degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, Business or a related field

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: $ $1,000.00 per month
