About the role

Ezymath Studio, a leading provider of quality maths tuition in the Sembawang and Toa Payoh, is seeking an experienced and passionate Mathematics Teacher to join our dynamic team. As a Mathematics Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering engaging and effective maths lessons to primary and secondary students, helping them develop a strong foundation and love for the subject.

What you'll be doing

1. Planning and delivering comprehensive maths lessons for primary and secondary school students
2. Developing and implementing tailored lesson plans and teaching strategies to cater to students' individual needs and learning styles
3. Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing regular feedback and support to help them achieve their full potential
4. Collaborating with the teaching team to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of our maths programmes
5. Maintaining detailed records and documentation to track student performance and progress
6. Actively participating in professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methodologies and industry trends

What we're looking for

1. A bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field, with a strong background in teaching
2. Minimum 2 years of experience teaching mathematics at the primary and/or secondary level
3. Excellent knowledge of the local curriculum and examination standards
4. Proven ability to create and deliver engaging, interactive, and effective maths lessons
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain complex mathematical concepts in a clear and concise manner
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and parents
7. Passionate about education and committed to helping students reach their full potential
