Responsibilities:**

  • Process and manage customer sales orders accurately and update order status in SAP.
  • Coordinate with vendors, sales, and warehouse teams for timely order fulfilment and shipment.
  • Oversee warehouse inventory control, stock movement, and conduct regular inventory counts.
  • Prepare and verify shipping documents (Bill of Lading, shipping certificate, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Insurance application, Manufacturer's letter etc.) to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage logistics activities including shipping schedules, customs clearance, and cost optimization.
  • Maintain SAP database for materials, pricing, and vendors; generate inventory and performance reports.

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, internal policies, and maintain audit-ready documentation.

Requirements:

Must:

  • SAP/ERP knowledge and hands-on experience
  • Letter of Credit (L/C) knowledge

Advantage:

  • Experience in the manufacturing industry
  • Experience in ERP implementation, industrial record keeping, or basic accounting/finance understanding
  • Experience in handling full set of shipping documents for Letter of Credit, FTA CO, HTS code, insurance & trade document
  • Purchasing and Logistic (Import & Export) Knowledge
