Position objective and summary

  • Handles day-to-day driver operational role.
  • Ferrying of MOMPL workers to and from dormitory.
  • Provides operational support to various departments on transport request.

Main tasks / activities / responsibilities

  • Performs daily ferrying of MOMPL workers to and from dormitory.
  • Provide chauffeur service to Executive Director's visitors, guests, and partners
  • Ferry Executive Director from home to office and any other appointments as directed by the Executive Director.
  • Maintain daily cleanliness (i.e. ensuring car is always odour-free and dust-free) and regular servicing of the Company car
  • Conduct daily checks to ensure that vehicles are in good and safe condition.
  • Carry out the local delivery / collection of goods.
  • Dispatching of important documents to clients.
  • Performs self-collection of purchased goods
  • Assists with other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Executive Director.

Job requirements (education, linguistic ability, professional experience, leadership qualities, soft skills etc.)

  • Minimum to have a Class 3 valid driving licence.
  • Familiar with Singapore roads.
  • Able to read and write simple English.
  • Responsible, honest with integrity.
  • Able to work independently.
