About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused full-time Service Staff to join our vibrant team at our Japanese restaurant in the Downtown Tanjong Pagar Central Region. As a Service Staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and welcoming customers warmly upon arrival

  • Providing prompt and attentive table service

  • Maintaining a clean and well-organised dining area

  • Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene standards

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a fine dining restaurant environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively

  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and to be flexible with shift patterns

  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
