We're looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join us for Boutique Fairs 2025, happening this November 2025. As part of our event team, you'll help create a warm, welcoming experience for guests while representing Plain Vanilla's signature hospitality and craft.

This is a short-term, event-based position with the commitment to continue as part of our service team after the fair.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to all customers at the Plain Vanilla booth.
  • Assist with point-of-sale (POS) transactions, including handling cash and cashless payments.
  • Support product display setup, restocking, and overall booth presentation.
  • Ensure all food items are served according to PV's quality and hygiene standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the booth area throughout the day.
  • Work efficiently as part of a team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
  • Uphold Plain Vanilla's brand values and customer service standards at all times.
Requirements:
  • Prior F&B or retail experience preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
  • Outgoing, reliable, and enjoys interacting with people.
  • Able to stand for extended periods and work in a busy event setting. Comfortable working in shifts and following event operational guidelines.
  • Must be available for November 2025 (media preview day and 3 event days). Shift timings and patterns will be confirmed at a later date.
  • Working location: F1 Pit Building, Marina Bay
  • Hourly pay: $12/hour + event incentive.
  • Candidates who are able to to continue as part of our service team at our stores will be prioritised.
