Job Roles and Responsibilities:

As a dedicated Preschool Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and engaging learning environment for young children. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Curriculum Implementation:Deliver creative and developmentally appropriate lessons.

    Plan activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth.

    Foster a love for learning through hands-on experiences.
  2. Child Development:Observe and assess children's progress and developmental milestones.

    Provide individualized support to cater to each child's needs.

    Create an inclusive and respectful classroom atmosphere.
  3. Parent Communication:Maintain open lines of communication with parents and guardians.

    Share updates on children's activities, progress, and areas of growth.

    Collaborate with families to enhance children's learning journey.
  4. Classroom Management:Establish routines that promote a sense of security and structure.

    Encourage positive behavior and social interactions.

    Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.
  5. Assessment and Documentation:Document children's learning experiences and achievements.

    Use observations to inform curriculum planning and individualized support.

    Participate in team discussions to enhance teaching strategies.
  6. Professional Growth:Engage in continuous professional development opportunities.

    Stay updated with best practices in early childhood education.

    Contribute actively to a collaborative teaching team.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • WSQ/Diploma/ Advanced Certificate Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Passion for fostering children's growth and development.
  • Strong understanding of child development principles and pedagogy.
  • Effective communication skills with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Patience, creativity, and adaptability in the classroom.
  • Previous experience in a preschool setting is preferred.
