REKOOP is a private wellness club in Singapore dedicated to recovery, performance, and holistic well-being. We are looking for a Wellness Host and Stretching Therapist to join our team. This role is focused on helping members restore balance, improve flexibility, and enhance muscle recovery while delivering a premium guest experience.

If you have a strong background in stretching, yoga, or sports performance, and you are passionate about guiding people toward better health and vitality, we would love to meet you. Candidates with prior professional experience will have a strong advantage. Those with additional skills in Reiki or sound-based therapies are also highly valued. Beauticians with relevant hands-on training are welcome and will be supported with further development in holistic wellness practices.

Key Responsibilities

Stretching and Recovery

  • Deliver one-to-one and small group assisted stretching sessions

  • Support members with flexibility, posture, alignment, and muscle recovery

  • Apply safe and effective techniques including mobility drills and myofascial release

Holistic Wellness and Rituals

  • Incorporate yoga-based movement, breath practices, and relaxation techniques

  • Support recovery and rejuvenation with body and skin health rituals (training will be provided)

  • Share knowledge on daily practices that promote balance and vitality

Guest Experience and Hosting

  • Welcome members and guide them through their personalised recovery journey

  • Conduct engaging tours of REKOOP facilities and explain available therapies

  • Prepare treatment spaces to the highest standard and ensure a seamless guest experience

  • Provide thoughtful aftercare and recommend services that align with guest goals

What We Are Looking For

  • Certification in stretching, yoga instruction, sports therapy, massage, or related bodywork

  • At least two years of hands-on experience preferred

  • Additional certifications in Reiki or sound healing are a strong advantage

  • Current First Aid, CPR, and AED certification, or willingness to obtain within three months

  • Strong communication skills and a guest-first mindset

  • Passion for wellness, movement, and holistic recovery

  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
